The challenge
The Museum offered more than one kind of delivery experience, but the web experience did not clearly distinguish them. The previous presentation was a brief, largely text-only page covering delivery programs together. It was difficult to convey what made each program different, who it was for, and why someone should participate.
The thinking behind it
I rebuilt the delivery-program website structure around an intentional visitor journey: a central hub introducing both programs, with separate destinations for R8C Museum Delivery and Experience Delivery. That structure made the options easier to understand and gave each program room for its own story.
What I personally worked on
- Created a central Museum Delivery hub that introduces the available programs and routes visitors to the appropriate next step.
- Developed dedicated R8C and Experience Delivery pages with program-specific copy, visuals, and calls to action.
- Built an ongoing organic social approach featuring actual customer vehicles, owner stories, Corvette history, and the delivery experience itself.
- Connected social storytelling with the website so interested owners could move naturally from discovery to a program page.
What came out of it
The National Corvette Museum reported a 250% year-over-year increase in Delivery Experiences in its annual report. This is a program-level result, not a claim that the website or social work independently caused all of that growth. The redesign and content program were my direct contributions; other causal factors and the exact reporting years should be established before this metric is presented without qualification.
