The challenge
The National Corvette Museum serves visitors, members, Corvette owners, event attendees, donors, and shoppers. A website supporting these different journeys has to make complex offerings understandable without losing the personality and heritage of the Museum.
The thinking behind it
My role has included building and refining the Museum website, improving page structure, creating program destinations, and aligning content with the needs of visitors and internal business partners. The direction is to make information easier to find and key actions more intuitive.
What I personally worked on
- Organized information and content around audience needs rather than internal department structure.
- Built or refreshed campaign and program landing pages in WordPress.
- Developed messaging and calls to action that connected editorial storytelling with the next useful visitor step.
- Managed ongoing updates and coordinated cross-department website requests.
What came out of it
The completed website work can be shown through public pages and before/after comparisons. A whole-site performance result is not included yet because traffic, conversion, and attribution figures have not been validated for a defined before/after period.
